Overview
Willow Lake
East shopping center is located at the intersection of 86th Street and Township
Line Road on the northwest side of Indianapolis and was purchased by PK Partners
in 1997. It is a 150,000 square foot shopping center that was anchored by
Kroger, Factory Card Outlet, and Dress Barn at the time that the property was
sold in 2003. During the time that PK Partners owned the center, we repositioned
Willow Lake East to become a nucleus of regional and local restaurants on the
northwest side of Indianapolis. At the time that the property was sold, it
featured Bravo Italian restaurant, Buffalo Wild Wings Grille & Bar, Kazan
Japanese Steakhouse & Sushi Bar, Neon Johnny's Sports Bar & Pub, La
Margarita Mexican restaurant, and Jimmy John's Sandwich Shop. Willow Lake East
also housed unique tenants such as Snap Dance School and Nature's Market health
food store at that timeframe, as well as a varied collection of service-oriented
shops.
