Overview
Three River
Crossing is an A+ office building located on the prominent north-side of
Indianapolis in the River Crossing mixed-use development adjacent to the
regional Fashion Mall at Keystone at the Crossing. River Crossing consists of
One, Two and Three River Crossing office buildings; The Shops at River Crossing
shopping center; Five River Crossing, a mixed-use retail and office facility;
the Indianapolis Marriott North Hotel; and River Crossing Apartments.
This
project continues the "green" oriented construction that was
implemented at both the One and Two River Crossing office buildings, which
includes a heat reflective roof, a lake-based geothermal HVAC system, an energy
recovery ventilation system and many other energy efficient and environmentally
friendly components. A key amenity of the 47,000 square foot building is a
secure and enclosed underground parking facility for use by the tenants.
The
building is anchored by STAR Financial Bank as their regional headquarters, and
includes a wealth management division as well as a retail branch with drive-thru
facilities. Additional tenants include Tabor Law Firm, Financial Partners
Group, Inc. / New England Financial / New England Securities, and Maginn Wealth
Advisors. The building is also the home of PK Partners.
