Overview
The One River
Crossing office building was co-developed by PK Partners and Gibraltar
Properties in 1999. The building is a handsome Class "A" office
buildings connected to a four story parking garage and is located in the River
Crossing mixed-use development located northeast of Keystone Avenue and 86th
Street in Indianapolis and easily accessibly to I-465. In addition to the
parking garage, the buildings offer a workout room and a racquetball court
available to tenants. One River Crossing is located on a twenty-five acre lake,
and the building was ahead of its time in incorporating a "green"
state-of-the-art lake-based geothermal HVAC system. The anchor tenants for the
120,000 square foot One River Crossing are the accounting firm, Crowe Chizek,
the College Network and Office Suites Plus. One River Crossing is a part of the
River Crossing mixed-use development consisting of The Shops at River Crossing
shopping center; One, Two and Three River Crossing office buildings; the
Indianapolis Marriott North hotel; and the River Crossing at Keystone
apartments. In addition to its own amenities, the River Crossing development is
also adjacent to the many amenities located at the Fashion Mall / Keystone at
the Crossing. When the property was sold in July of 2005, the sales cost per
square foot shattered the previous record established in the metropolitan
Indianapolis marketplace.
